A blank mind is not proof that your knowledge has disappeared. It is usually a temporary interruption requiring a simple, familiar response.

After every practice set, write one instruction beginning with When, I will, and because:
“When I create a model, I will define the variables because the reader needs to understand the relationship.”
“When I find a general rule, I will test another value of n because a pattern needs verification.”
“When I calculate a length, I will check units and scale because an accurate number can still be contextually wrong.”
