IB Digital Society is a Group 3 subject in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). It explores the impact of digital systems and technologies on society, covering data, algorithms, computers, networks, media, AI, and autonomous technologies, with a strong focus on inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary analysis of real-world digital challenges.
The course is available at Standard Level (SL, 150 teaching hours) and Higher Level (HL, 240 teaching hours), with first assessment in 2024.
