How do I update my payment card?

Go to Settings → Account → Subscription & Billing and choose Open Billing to change your card. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, change your card with Apple instead.
Change your card on the web
- Open Settings, then the Account tab.
- Scroll to Subscription & Billing.
- Choose Open Billing.
- Update your card, then use the return link to come back to RevisionDojo.
The billing page is run by Stripe, the company that processes our payments. Your card details are held by Stripe, not by RevisionDojo.

Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app are billed by Apple, not by us. Apple charges the payment method on your Apple Account, so we cannot change it for you.
- On your iPhone, open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top, then Payment & Shipping.
- Add or edit your card there.
Changing your card under Open Billing does not affect a subscription bought in the iPhone app. The two are billed separately.
Update it before your renewal date
If a renewal payment fails, your paid features stop straight away. There is no grace period, so change your card before your renewal date if the old one has expired or been replaced.
