Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions bought directly from RevisionDojo are non-refundable, including the period you are in now. Cancelling stops your next charge.
What our terms say
Our terms say that fees for the service are non-refundable. Cancelling does not refund any part of the period you have already paid for, and that applies to anything bought from RevisionDojo, whether it renews or is a one-off purchase. Nothing in our terms affects any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

- Open Settings, then the Account tab.
- Scroll to Subscription & Billing.
- Choose Cancel Plan and confirm.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and the screen shows you the exact date. Cancelat least one day before your renewal date so the next charge does not go through. Stripe, our payment provider, emails you a reminder three days before each renewal.
Exam session passes do not renew, so they have no cancel button and no next charge to stop.

Purchases made inside the iPhone app arebilled by Apple, not by us, so we cannot refund them. Apple handles those requests and decides the outcome. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the RevisionDojo purchase and report a problem with it.
