How much does RevisionDojo cost for a school?
Updated August 6, 2026
A school licence is priced per school, so there is no checkout for it. Book a call from the teacher pricing page and our schools team works the price out with you.
What a school licence covers
The school product is Classroom Pro. One licence covers the teachers and students your school puts on it, for the subjects the licence is set up with, and it runs to an expiry date agreed with you. Some screens inside a classroom call it Classrooms Pro. It is the same licence.
- Pro-level study content for everyone on the licence: notes, lessons, flashcards, cheatsheets, predicted papers, and the coursework guides and exemplars
- Adding students to a classroom, from the school roster, by email invite or with a join link
- Publishing lessons to a classroom, and setting homework and tests
- The gradebook, class analytics and content coverage
- A licence dashboard for school admins, with results by subject, by class and by year group
A licence can be set up for named subjects or for every subject. On a subject-limited licence, the subjects outside it still work, at the free level rather than the Pro one.
See RevisionDojo for schoolsHow to start the conversation
- Open the pricing page and choose I'm a teacher.
- Select Classroom Pro.
- Choose Book a call and pick a time that suits you.
Have to hand how many teachers and students you want covered, and which subjects they teach. A licence is set up around both, so the call goes quicker with those numbers ready.
A teacher account with no licence yet also has Book a call in the sidebar.

You do not need a licence to look around. On a teacher account you can create a classroom, build lessons and build tests, and judge how the content sits against your scheme of work. A free account caps how many lessons and tests you can build. Teacher Pro and a school licence both make that unlimited.
What waits for the licence is everything involving students: adding them to a classroom, publishing a lesson to them, and setting homework and tests.
Classroom work is on the website only. The phone app has no classrooms and no assignments.
