I paid but I don't have access to RevisionDojo

Your plan belongs to the account you paid from, so check the email address you are signed in with, then reload the page. If it is still missing, message us with your receipt.

Check which account you are in

Your plan belongs to one email address. The address you are signed in with is shown with your name at the top of the Account tab, and your plan is further down the same page.

Open Settings, then the Account tab.
Read the email address shown with your name at the top.
Scroll to Subscription & Billing and read the badge next to Personal Subscription.

If that address is not the one you paid with, sign out and sign in again with the right one. If the address is right but the badge still says Free, go on to the next step.

Check which account I am in

Your account is identified by your email address, not by the button you press to sign in, so a Google, Apple or Microsoft account on a different address opens a second, empty account. If you are signed in to more than one Google account in the same browser, Google can hand us the wrong one. Pick the account you paid with, or open the sign-in page in a private window.

Reload, then sign in again

A page that was already open when you paid still shows what you had before. Wait a minute after the payment goes through, then work through these in order.

Reload the page you are stuck on.
If it still says Free, open Settings, then the Account tab, scroll to Account actions and choose Logout.
Sign in again with the email address you paid with.

If a plan is listed under Subscription & Billing but a particular feature is still locked, check what your plan covers before you message us. Plus and Pro unlock different things.

If you paid in the iPhone app

Apple takes that payment, and the purchase has to be handed back to your account. Open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Your iPhone needs to be signed in to the Apple Account you paid with, and RevisionDojo needs to be signed in to the same email address you use on the website.

If your access is still missing

A person has to look at the payment, so message us. Use the Contact support button at the bottom of this page, and include the email address you sign in with and your payment receipt. If you cannot find the receipt, send the date of the payment, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.

Do not buy a second subscription while you wait. Paying again does not move the first payment onto this account, and subscriptions bought directly from RevisionDojo are non-refundable.
