I can't get into my account
Updated August 6, 2026
There is no password on RevisionDojo: you sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Google, Apple or Microsoft, so check your spam folder and use the address you signed up with.
The code did not arrive
- Look in your spam or junk folder. School mail filters often hold these emails.
- Check the address you typed for a typo.
- Wait for the countdown to run out, then choose Resend. You can ask for a new code once a minute.
- Open the newest email. Each code works only once, so a code you have already typed in will not work again.
Sign-in codes are essential emails. You cannot switch them off, and unsubscribing from our other emails does not block them.
Google, Apple, Microsoft and email codes
Every way in leads to the same account, as long as it uses the same email address. If you signed up with Google and later use an email code on that address, you land on the same account with all your work in it. The button you press does not matter. The address behind it does.
If your Google, Apple or Microsoft account uses a different address from the one you signed up with, you land on a new account instead, and it looks empty. Sign out and try the original address.
You are signed in, but your work is missing
You are most likely in a second account made with a different email address. Check which address you are using, then switch back.
- Open Settings, then the Account tab, and read the email address shown with your name.
- If it is not the address you signed up with, scroll to Account actions and choose Logout.
- Sign in again with the original address.
If you are signed in to more than one Google account in the same browser, Google can hand us the wrong one. Pick the right account on the Google screen, or open the sign-in page in a private window.
Check which account I am inSuspensions, and when to message us
If signing in takes you to a page saying your account has been suspended, that is a ban rather than a fault. A temporary suspension shows a countdown and lifts on its own when it reaches zero. A permanent one does not lift, and only our team can review it.
Message us if you have lost access to the email address on your account, if no code arrives after several tries, or if you think a suspension is wrong. You cannot change your email address yourself, so we have to do it for you. Use the Contact support button at the bottom of this page, and include the support code if the error screen showed one.
