How do I stop getting emails from RevisionDojo?
Updated August 6, 2026
Open Settings → Notifications and switch off Product updates and Marketing & promotions. Essential emails such as sign-in codes and receipts cannot be switched off.
Turn emails off in your settings
- Open Settings, then the Notifications tab.
- Go down to Email preferences.
- Switch off Product updates, Marketing & promotions, or both.
Each switch saves on its own the moment you move it, and a short message confirms it. There is no save button.
Open my email preferencesWhat each switch covers
Product updates covers the study email we send you: streak reminders, your weekly study recap, the email telling you your coursework has finished marking, and product announcements.
Marketing & promotions covers newsletters, study tips and offers.
Essential emails covers sign-in codes, receipts and account notices. That switch is always on and cannot be moved, because those emails are how you get into your account and how you get proof of what you paid.
Unsubscribe from an email itself
Streak reminders, your weekly study recap and coursework emails all carry an Unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it does not ask you to sign in. What it does depends on which email you opened it from.
From a weekly recap or a coursework email, it switches your study email off straight away and leaves newsletters and offers alone.
From a streak reminder, it opens a preference page instead, and nothing changes there until you choose Save preferences or Unsubscribe from all emails. That second button also stops newsletters and offers.
Either way, study email is one setting rather than one setting per email. Turning it off from a weekly recap also stops streak reminders and the coursework marking email.
The Preferences link beside it opens that same preference page on a streak reminder. On a weekly recap or a coursework email it points at your account settings, so it does ask you to sign in.
These links stop working about six months after the email was sent. If a link tells you it has expired, use your settings instead.
If you want emails back on
The switches in your settings only go one way. Once a category is off, moving that switch back on tells you to contact support and changes nothing.
The preference page linked from a streak reminder sent in the last six months can turn study email back on. Newsletters and offers are held by our email provider, so they may not come back that way.
