Ban on Factions (1921, Tenth Party Congress)
Key Legal Methods
Decrees on Land and Peace (1917): Appealed to peasants and soldiers by legalizing land seizures and ending Russia’s involvement in WWI.
Decree on Workers’ Control (1917): Legalized workers taking over factories, aligning Bolsheviks with urban labor demands.
