- It develops along with society and sociocultural changes.

Evolutionary
- Evolutionary change involves gradual improvements or enhancements over time.
- The changes may be large or small, but they happen gradually over time to improve the existing systems.

Adaptive
- Adaptive change involves modifying existing systems to fit new circumstances or requirements.
- Occurs when changes need to be made to a system to accommodate to newfound needs or circumstances.

Transformational
- Transformational change involves a complete overhaul, often disrupting existing systems.
- It involves a complete shift of a system that requires adaptation from the old approach.
