Criteria Feedback
- You chose a question that is clearly connected to your own experience and interests, which gives the investigation a strong sense of purpose.
- You showed independent thinking by narrowing the inquiry to a testable relationship and explaining why it matters to your sport.
- You took real ownership of the investigation through the planning, setup, supervision, and organization of the data collection.
- You could make the personal significance even more explicit by explaining exactly how the findings would change your training decisions.
- Some parts of the reflection could go further in showing how your own viewpoint shaped the design choices.
- A few moments of personal input are strong, but the link back to future action could be developed more fully.

Criteria Feedback
- Your research question is focused and measurable, with clear variables, a defined participant group, and an appropriate performance test.
- Your background information is relevant and supports the investigation by defining the key concepts and connecting them to endurance performance.
- Your method includes sensible safeguards such as a warm-up, supervision, and an organized testing procedure.
- You show strong awareness of ethics and safety through informed participation, anonymization, and attention to injury prevention.
- The method would be stronger if the weighing and push-up scoring conditions were standardized more tightly.
- Several confounding factors are identified well, but they are not fully controlled in practice.
- The background would benefit from deeper integration of the physiology and from clearer links between the literature and your exact investigation.
- Some procedural details, such as clothing rules, rest conditions, and exact judging criteria, could be stated more precisely.
