You evaluate both sources with attention to origin, purpose, content, and limitations, showing awareness of how context affects interpretation.

Some evaluation of purpose becomes formulaic, especially where academic purpose is treated too readily as a guarantee of objectivity.

The discussion of limitations could be even sharper if you weighed more directly how each source’s perspective shapes what it can and cannot prove.
